The Witching Hour

I am launching my new design label, Abeo Bestia Design! I have decided to formalize the conceptual art that I make into individual lines that will be available for sale! I am hoping to create a couple different lines of books and paper goods that will embody the conceptual notes that intrigue me as well as be interesting, marketable designs that can appeal to a wide audience. As soon as I have these lines up and running there will be a section of this website where the pieces will be available for purchase!

Hello all!
Come out and see "What Comes Next" the second art exhibition at The Parlour! This exhibition will highlight artists and works that speak about the influence and appropriation of text and written word in visual media. It will feature work by an amazing, diverse crowd of local bay area artists, including yours truely!

The show opens on Friday, May 15th 6-9pm and will be on display until June 26th! There will be live music and delicious food and drink!

Hello All,

New Ephemera Press, the collaboration between Kelly Ball and I is coming to an end! However, the farewell to New Ephemera is making way for a brand new endeavor for us! We have mutually decided that the work we want to make is going to be more hands on, more community based and more independent. We no longer want to spend our artistic time serving custom commissions for individual people. The new collaboration we are brewing is going to be much more upbeat, fun, and driven from our own minds and what is important to us as artists... we hope you will share in the love and spread the joy! There is an upcoming exhibition at the Donna Seager Gallery in San Rafael in April called "The Art of the Book" which will showcase one of my books! The Art of the Book

This show was organized by Lauren Davis and centers on artists who find themselves compelled by the natural world and features work where the content and/or structure pulls from these natural sources.

Featuring work by Alison Yates, Stephanie James, Kelly Hackett, Sara Maynard, Lea Willcox, Marin Camille Hood, Rosey Lakos, Sam Handleman and Lauren Davis!
